Inpainting Fill Window Default?

Recommended Posts

Hi All

Affinity Photo / Mac / Mojave 10.14.6

When I make a selection with the Freehand Selection Tool . . . then choose Edit . . . then choose Fill . . . then choose Inpainting in the Fill window . . . every time I do this process with a new image I have to select the Inpainting option . . . is there a way to set the Inpainting option as the default so that I don't have to do the extra click and make this selection every time?

Thanks,

V G

Hi All

Discovered solutions to my own question.

There is an Inpainting selection option under the Edit tab so instead of going . . . Edit > Fill > Inpainting [in Fill window].

I can simply go . . . Edit > Inpaint . . . saving a step.

Or simply make the selection then use the shortcut . . . option > delete . . . even faster!

Best,

V G
