Joachim_L Posted September 16, 2019 Share Posted September 16, 2019 For 1. No it is not going to change colours of the picture. For 2. Define your desired colour in the Colour panel. Layer -> Add Fill Layer. Move this layer to the bottom in the Layer Panel. Document -> Resize Canvas to the size you want.
