Shotster Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 This video for iPad shows the ability to add noise to a gradient endpoint. I can't see where to do the same thing in the desktop version. Is it possible?
RNKLN Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 I didn't watch the movie (got a spinning wheel), but i believe you're looking for this. With the Gradient endpoint selected, click on the color spot under Opacity to see this... Now you can add noise using the slider or input box. Shotster Posted September 12, 2019 Author Posted September 12, 2019 Oi! Yes, that's it! Gosh, it's not at all clear from the UI that you can do that. Thanks!
RNKLN Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 Indeed, there have been discussions on this topic already elsewhere on the Affinity forum. Affinity Photo - Affinity Designer - Affinity Publisher | macOS Sequoia (15.6) on 16GB MBP14 2021 with 2.6.4. versions
