ThisIsAli
All of a sudden my Affinity Photo software stopped working, I've tried almost everything. I uninstalled Photo and reinstalled it but nothing changed then I deleted the "Affinity" folder in APPDATA too and uninstalled Photo and reinstalled it again, it still does not work. Please help me, I have to work! Issue.mp4 Edited September 13, 2019 by ThisIsAli I cut my video to remove OBS from showing.
Staff Chris B Posted September 13, 2019 Staff Share Posted September 13, 2019 Hey ThisIsAli, We've seen crashes on launch caused by graphics drivers so can you try removing your graphics card drivers and reinstalling them (don't just update them). Make sure you've got all the Windows updates as well. Knippinski
Check if you have installed the Update (KB4515384). I had the same Issue and after deinstalling this Update, Affinity starts. Devs of Affinity please fix this because Windows 10 reinstall this Update after a short amount of time and we have the same Problem again. Staff Chris B Posted September 13, 2019 Staff Share Posted September 13, 2019 I've just checked on a VM and cannot reproduce it either so I'm not sure why this is only affecting some of you. I checked the MS store version and Affinity store version too. We're looking into it anyway. stokerg 1 Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
