mugs
Hello all, Newbie here. Love all the tutorials and help with Affinity Photo on the web. I think this is the perfect alternative to photoshop. My question is regarding the Paint Brush Tool. As you can see in the attached photo, when I apply the brush to my work, this red line with a plus sign and circle appear where I'm brushing. The white circle is there when I select the brush, but as soon as I press and paint the red line appears and makes painting awkward in my opinion. Is there a setting to turn this off? I don't see this in the tutorials here or other Youtube video when using this tool. I'm using v1.7.2 Thank you for your help.
Staff Dan C Posted September 11, 2019 Staff Share Posted September 11, 2019 Hi mugs This is the Brush Stabiliser which can be turned on/off at any time from the context toolbar - I hope this helps! Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks! mugs
Thank you Dan. Now it seems such an obvious mode. Dan C
