b_e_n Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Hi together! Affinity Publisher 1.7.2 crashed quite often in the last two weeks on my Mac (Mojave). I have no idea why or even when it crashed – but it did. Any suggestions? Thanks, Ben
Staff Lee D Posted September 12, 2019 Staff Posted September 12, 2019 It helps if the crash can be narrowed down to a particular tool being used or when editing a document. Follow the steps below to check for a crash report from Publisher, it can then be attached so we can take a look. Please go to Applications > Utilities and open the Console app. Crash Reports from our apps can be found in the User Reports section. You can Right Click the required Crash Report and select Reveal in Finder.
