Staff Sean P Posted September 11, 2019 Staff Share Posted September 11, 2019 Hi Sita, There is a known issue where rotated strokes are being printed much thicker than they should be - this is currently with development. In the meantime can you try going to Rasterisation in the Print dialog and tick 'Rasterise entire page'. This will rasterise the page before being sent to the printer and should print normally when using this. walt.farrell and sita
sita
Interesting. The error does not show up when I preview. Only in the actual print. Everything prints fine if I rasterize, just a drag on my workflow. Hope this gets fixed, soon. Thanks!
Staff Patrick Connor Posted January 23, 2020 Staff Share Posted January 23, 2020 We have made fixes/improvements to Windows printing in the latest customer beta. Sorry this issue has taken so long to get resolved properly. If you would like to try these changes the beta software is available in the forum posts listed below. The latest beta builds are downloadable from links at the top of each of these beta forum posts. Affinity Photo 1.8.0.532 for Windows Affinity Designer 1.8.0.532 for Windows Affinity Publisher 1.8.0.535 for Windows These betas install parallel, next to the release version (they do not overwrite your release) and so the fixes can be tried in the beta without affecting your normal workflow in the release version. Once these programs have been through a full beta process the change will be released in a future free 1.8.0 update/patch to all customers.
