I was replacing the pdf files clicking in the replace document button and was always giving me the message you saw there, and that was the problem... then I just delete the pdf and place again the new file, and from that moment everything is going fine. LynnB Posted September 16, 2019 Share Posted September 16, 2019 Be sure you keep a good copy of your file, especially since it is so long. I have run into this problem a few times now.
