PetrKaleta
Hello, can someone explain us, how "Touch for gestures only" functionality suppose to work? I and I believe many other users are expecting, that this functionality allow touch gestures just for image zooming, moving etc... but all other tools will ignore them! So there are no accidental, unwanted actions... and if you want to edit you image, you must use pencil... Many other editors have this functionality and I really can't understand why Affinity Designer on iPad not... Please fix this behaviour, otherwise it's useless and brings lots of confusion... Or if you want to do it right, just extend this option with ability to choose for which tools touch should be ignored. That would be ideal and beloved by most iPad users... Staff MEB Posted September 9, 2019 Staff Share Posted September 9, 2019 Hi PetrKaleta, Welcome to Affinity Forums That's correct. With Touch for gestures only enabled you can only use touch/gestures for zooming/panning the document - the tools (including the Move Tool) - only work with the Apple Pencil. Isn't it working for you? Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
