Jack Humbert Posted September 7, 2019 Share Posted September 7, 2019 (edited) This box shows up and if I do anything to it (Yes, No, or close), it crashes. I've tried resetting the options with the first three options selected by holding Control on start-up, which doesn't help. If I try to unselect or select anything it crashes as well. I recently ran out of disk space on my computer - I'm unsure if this is related, but I've uninstalled/reinstalled (just via the setup - nothing deep) to no avail. This is all using 1.7.2.471. Staff Sean P Posted September 9, 2019 Staff Share Posted September 9, 2019 Hi Jack, Could you go to %APPDATA%\Affinity\Designer\ and then zip up and attach a copy of the 1.0 folder inside. Once that has done could you try renaming the 1.0 folder to '1.0 Old' and then launching the application?
