I've always thought of Studio Link as enabling me to do those tweaks that it's a pain to go back and load up Photo or Designer to do but for things that require more work wouldn't it make more sense to open the image in Photo to complete? For more elaborate work in Photo or Designer, go to File/Edit in Photo or File/Edit in Designer. It will open your document in either program. Once you're done, select File/Edit in Publisher and you're right back. Easy peasy. :-)
Nicreativ
You can import those plugins directly on Af photos and use it there before moving to studio links. The studio link is great and make my life easy for offline edits.

As I stated it appears to me that the object of StudioLink is to tweak not to take over the role of the base application. I'll leave that to Serif to comment on if they so wish rather than start a discussion among users about the underlying philosophy of Personas. I am simply asking the question if there is any chance the Photo Persona will inlcude support for Thirdy Part Photoshop Plugins in the future as it would come in very handy instead of having to do round trips with edit on Photo ... I've no idea what the point of any of your answers (if you can call them that) or comments are for ... You're wasting your energy, unless you are part of the Affinity Deve team and you know whats going on and would stop embarressing yourself .... mac_heibu
@MCFC_4Heatons, would be more than nice, if you re-think your tone. In this forum, we use to speak in a more polite way to each other. And, as for me, I‘d be glad, if we stick to this … Pšenda

I have experienced many time rudness and an ''attitude' on these forums, so the idea you are all polite on here is a nonsense .... I'll leave you to your little clique, it seems you have a very blinkered opinion emmrecs01
