ralphbergman
Where are the print profiles or printer settings for printing from Publisher or must I export the file and print from another application? Rather inconvenient.

Rather inconvenient. Which OS platform (Windows, Mac)? On Windows, it would be in the Color Management portion of the Print dialog: Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. iPad: iPad Pro M1, 12.9": iPadOS 17.4.1, Apple Pencil 2, Magic Keyboard Mac: 2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.4.

ralphbergman
Thanks for your reply but your image tells me nothing about paper profile, number of prints, type of paper - all those things that show up in InDesign (at least the Mac version) in the print dialogue windows. walt.farrell
The "printer profile" would include the printer/paper/ink all in one, in my experience. Number of prints (on Windows) will be in the area above that part of the dialog (Copies) and kind of paper would be in the printer Properties: But as you're on a Mac someone who uses Mac will have to provide further details, unless you want to post some screenshots of what you're seeing. The look and content of this may vary with installed printer drivers which kind of feed this window for Affinity. In this screenhot example you would get access to all those settings via the pull down menu behind "Range and Scale": >> >> >> etc. ...
