dazzer109 Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Hi all, I am new to this program and am having some problems. I have uploaded a PDF, which I need to amend slightly. It is a food menu but all the word are together and I cant seem to work out how to put spaces in between. I have tried selecting all and trying various things but having no luck. Any help would be much appreciated

Now I have opened another PDF and have a different problem. There seems to be an S after every word in blue. Would you be able to advise me if there is anything I can do? GarryP Posted September 19, 2019 Posted September 19, 2019 Use menu “Text” and select “Show Special Characters” to toggle the special characters off. (These characters are not added to the exported PDF, or, at least, they shouldn’t be.) Dan C 1
