As you can see, now is displayed bands outside artboards! Plus, you can see into selected area. It´s a vector object with live effect perspective applied! Só I use some layer effects on it, dropshadow and 3D. Note that effect is applied only into original object and crops the effect into perspective object! There is a known issue however that Designer is failing to show Live Perspective filters correctly, however I'd like to verify with the actual file!
