Shortcuts for adjusting brushsize on a German keyboard in Liquify Person in MacOS

Brackets [ &  ] are shortcuts for brush size on default in Affinity photo. But if you are on a German keyboard with MacOS these brackets won't work in any Persona.

You can customize your brush size shortcut in most personas. For example on ö or ä...

But you can't in liquify. In liquify is no option for brush size shortcut customization!

It is totally annoying to use a brush in liquify without shortcuts!

I tried many things for a workaround (unmapping key with karabiner app, using mouse button customization) but it won't work. Is there any workaround?

Or at best: Is there any way to get brush size (and hardness) change like using ALT and mouse movements like it is standard in PS and other Affinity Apps. 

Should I start a petition?

Welcome to Affinity Forums
To change the size and hardness of the brush using mouse/keyboard modifiers: press and hold ctrl+ alt and drag horizontally to change size and vertically to change hardness. This works in all Personas (where applicable).

You can set a different keyboard shortcuts to increase/decrease the brush size for all tools. To do it go to Affinity Preferences, Keyboard Shortcuts section, set the first dropdown to Photo and the second to Paint Brush Tool and set the keyboard shortcuts you want. They will be used for all brush based tools. This also works in all Personas (where applicable).
