isnuldesu
I have brought the Frankentoon Concept master nature pack, I've installed all of the .afbrushes files but for .afpalette I can’t import it when I try it says “Unable to import palette. Incompatible file." What is this and how do I install it please?? I hope this makes sense! Thank you
Dan C
Hi isnuldesu, Welcome to the forums How are you trying to open/import this file please? It looks as though you've double clicked it in Finder or dragged and dropped it into the application - unfortunately this doesn't work with .afpalette files. Please open the Swatches Studio, then use the menu icon to the right hand side of the Studio to import your Palettes - I hope this helps! woutersioen
I have the same issue in ADesigner 1.7.2 and Aphoto 1.7.2. Importing the Frankentoon Concept master nature pack colour palette through swatches-import palette- as application palette- generates the same error message. Brushes are imported without error message Thanks

It works fine for me in both apps: Are you using a Mac or Windows PC? R C-R
What is the size of your frankentoon-concept-master-nature.afpalette file? For me, Get Info reports that it is 5,698 bytes (8 KB on disk). (I am not sure why on the Affinity Store Downloads & product keys page it says it is 12KB.) Anyway, what happens if you download a fresh copy fom the store & try to install that? I believe the Affinity Store provides sizes based on Windows 'Size on disk' - However if you're having trouble installing this palette it certainly could be a corrupted download file - please downloading again as R C-R has requested and let us know how this goes

The actual size is fixed, but the ‘Size on disk’ will vary according to the cluster size on the storage device.
