pruus
Two question which i wanted to have solved. I did not find the answer yet. If I have an document, and when the formatting of a paragraph, textframe has become a mess. is there a method to remove all formatting of a paragraph? How can I copy a formatting from one paragraph, textframe to another paragraph, textframe?
Wosven
You need to look at the Text styles panel: Here, there's a [no style] for paragraphs and characters styles. That's the ones you want to erase the formatting. In the same panel, you can create text styles, and once you've create your new paragraph style, you'll only have to select another paragraph and click on the paragraph style to apply it. thomaso
Also there are two more spots where you can reset formatting: Menu Text Styles > T icon top right. It removes any formatting which isn't part of the assigned style. –> Toolbar > Defaults buttons. The left synchronises the defaults for the current document with the properties of a selected object (not only text) / the right reverts a selected object to synced or saved defaults. In menu Edit > Defaults > ... you can save a synchronised default as application default.
