David P
I don't see any way to do it. What am I missing?
walt.farrell
It is a Mac-only function for Affinity, via the File menu. Serif have stated that due to the lack of 64-bit Windows drivers for scanners (as compared with Mac) they will not implement the function on Windows, and users must use the software that came with their scanners or get other software. Personally, I use VueScan on Windows, but I could also use the software that came with my Epson scanner. David P
Thanks for the reply. That's too bad, as I import a lot using Corel, which has no problem with drivers for scanners. One of the reasons I got Affinity was to get away from Corel. I guess that ain't happening. Thanks again.

John Rostron
In Windows, if you have Affinity Photo as the default program to open .tiff files then, when you save a .tiff file from VueScan, it will open automatically in Photo. This happens whether or not Photo is already open. So, it is not built into Photo, but this is a pretty good next best thing. Thanks again. David - I switched from Corel about a year ago. While the twain support is nice to have, it's not a show stopper and you really should give Affinity Photo a try. I use Epson scanner to scan my photos to tiff and open later in AP for editing. I find this is actually faster for me than using Corel to scan, save and edit later. But, I scan a lot of photo's in, so I usually work in bulk.. I scan 30-40 photos, then work on them for the next couple of weeks.
