zoom artboards

Recommended Posts

hi,

I have 2 artboards in a document. I work on one of them and would like to "zoom to fit" to the artboard I work in this moment. But "zoom to fit" shows both artboards of the document.

Is there a possibility to "zoom to fit"  just to the artboard I work in this moment? For me it would be much easier to work like this. And coming from Freehand and AI I'm somehow used to it

best,

matt//

Would double clicking on the artboard in the layers panel work?

Great, thanks for the help!

it's not a shortcut

but it works :-)

At least it works :)

I wouldn't know a built in keyboard shortcut, though.

The navigator panel has the feature of custom view points (see help here: https://affinity.help/designer/en-US.lproj/pages/Panels/navigatorPanel.html). You could set up two of these to switch between the artboards. According to the help you can assign keyboard shortcuts to view points.

There is a right click option to 'Show in layers panel'. I'm not sure if this works for artboards. I'm not at the Affinity computer right now.
