CDFWD Posted August 26, 2019 Share Posted August 26, 2019 I have an issue with Affinity Publisher even though I have just updated to 1.7.2 on windows 10 When using either of the scroll bars (right of canvas, or bottom of canvas) the scroll bar movement is not reflected in the canvas. The movements go in the wrong direction and is very erratic and super fast I have a design and tried to zoom in and re position my canvas to the top left corner. When trying to scroll using the bars the canvas flies out of view and also zooms the canvas out so the canvas is super tiny Refer screen record Affinity Publisher scroll issue.mp4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Staff Jon P Posted August 30, 2019 Staff Share Posted August 30, 2019 Can you go to %AppData%\Affinity\Publisher and rename the 1.0 folder to 1.0 (Backup), then relaunch the app and create a new file and let me know if you still get this behaviour? If you do, can you let me know what your system specs are and what monitor/s you are using, as this isn't normal behaviour so is likely something with your setup.
