KatieD Posted August 24, 2019 Share Posted August 24, 2019 On updating designer and photo in windows 10 today no matter what document colour profile I open a new document in colour past a light shade of grey including in greyscale settings comes out in various gradients of green. previous version of 1.7.1 didn't do this but won't let me uninstall to the previous version without the same thing happening Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Staff Sean P Posted August 27, 2019 Staff Share Posted August 27, 2019 Hi KatieD, This looks like an issue with your monitor's colour profile. Have you used any colour profiling devices? Could you press the Windows key and type 'Color Management' and open that program up please. Once you've got that up could ensure the Devices tab is selected and then take a screenshot. Once you've done that could you then tick 'Use my settings for this device' and take another screenshot and then attach those to this post please?
