As I read somewhere in the beta forums, the functionality of macro in AP was extended. Where can I find the description of those new functions? And in addition to that I will ask why there is no capability of macro recording for "save" and "close" documents operations. When doing mass editings this would be a great help.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hi hy13 :)

AFAIK, the only Macro change that went into 1.7.2 was the following bug fix -

'Prevent macros from recording Tone Mapping or Develop'

Unfortunately our macros don't currently have the ability to save/export/close a document, but we're always working to improve them and we hope to add these options in a future update!

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!

There was at least one macro enhancement in 1.7.1, though. At the bottom of the Library anel we now have scaling and alignment options:

They are explained in the Help for the Library panel.
