MikeFromMesa
Earlier I had reported that the gps location information was being left out of exported tiffs, although the other information appeared to be present. I uploaded a sample raw and exported tiff to show the issue to dropbox and got the following response in the bug forum: > We have now fixed this bug. The fix will be made available in the next beta build. However exactly the same problem exists in today's release (26106) so it is not fixed. In addition there is no exif information at all in exported jpgs. I will do some additional checking to see if the gps location information issue is also in Saved (as compared to Exported) tiffs. UPDATE: This seems very interesting to me. 1) If I open a raw image, adjust it, change to the Photo Persona, do some additional adjusting and then export the file as a tiff, there is no gps location information saved to the tiff. 2) If I open a raw image, adjust it, change to the Photo Persona, do some additional adjusting and then export the file as a jpg, there is no exif information at all saved to the jpg. 3) If I open a tif file containing exif and gps information, adjust it and save it, then the gps information gets saved back to the file. So, apparently, there are different routines handling the exif location information for the different conditions. Open tif, adjust, save -> OK. Open raw, adjust, export -> not OK. A more complete listing of the issues is specified in the posting at https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/9626-exif-information-if-exportedsaved-images/
