At first I had no problem opening it on my mac, but now it crashes every time I try to open it. Does it generate any crash report? Sometimes it may take a few seconds for the report appear. If so do you mind attaching it here please. Thanks. After that it just kept crashing when I tried to open affinity directly. I'm not sure if there will be any difference, but I attached the first and the latest crash report. Do the following: press and hold ctrl while launching the application until a Clear User Data dialog appears. Keep the first three checkboxes ticked only and press Clear. Affinity should then launch correctly. I'm logging this and passing the file to the dev team for inspection. Thanks for your support. Staff MEB Posted August 20, 2019 Staff Share Posted August 20, 2019 Hi sjorssie, Just don't open that Ai file. Something in it is triggering the crash. We are still diagnosing the issue. You shouldn't have issues with other Ai files. If you stumble across another that behaves like this please let us know.
