Blur Tool

I'm not sure if this is actually a bug, or if I'm doing something wrong, but whatever settings I use the blur tool always seems to blur by the same amount. Even if I set the opacity to "0" I get too much blur effect.

It shouldn't be like that but I see the same effect as you see, changing the brush opacity seems to have no effect at all.

The Opacity setting did not work in version 1.6 either

Have you tried adjusting the Flow setting?

Thanks for the tip. It seems to do the trick!

I had noticed that the opacity setting didn't seem to do anything in 1.6 either, I would have hoped that it might have been fixed by now!
