Mystearica
Hi, I'm a frontend developer, and I wanto to use Affinity to modify some images, and maybe create new ones. I was reading in websites and watching videos about which one to choose but I couldn't decide yet, because besides the vectorization, there is not another huge difference, or thats what I read, but maybe I'm mistaken. If you want for example, remove the background from images, not only photos, and creating new designs, etc, which one will be better for me? Thank you. firstdefence
Sounds like you'd benefit more from Affinity Photo. Not sure this is a good visualisation but I'd say Affinity Designer is 75% vector 25% raster, whereas Affinity Photo is 75% raster and 25% vector. I agree with @firstdefence, but you might like to try it for free (for up to ten consecutive days) and decide for yourself! https://affin.co/phototrial 20 minutes ago, Mystearica said: Also I have another question. You only need additional licences for other commercial users or multiple platforms (Mac, Windows or iPad).
