Staff Lee D Posted August 18, 2019 Staff Share Posted August 18, 2019 The iPad versions of Photo and Designer don't have a Light UI mode available like the desktop versions.

That’s a pity. Not to worry, it’s just my tired old eyes struggling along :-) I’ve got both desktop and iPad, but I’m mostly on the iPad. Probably 99% of the time. Thanks for the info. It explains why I couldn’t find the option... Quote iPad Mini 6. 256GB. Publisher. Designer. Photo for Mac, PC & iOS @Affinity-Inspiration
RGreen
Yes, I can confirm this is really difficult to distinguish items on the screen, especially in the Assets section. Please consider this an enhancement request. Best, Russell
Affinity-Inspiration
Enhancement.???? It’s a fundamental operation. If you can’t see the assets you can’t use them. I’ve been moaning about this for ages. along with importing palettes. dmtp14 1 Quote iPad Mini 6. 256GB. Publisher. Designer. Merely having a Light Mode won't resolve that. There are also assets you can't see in Light Mode on the desktop versions of the Affinity applications. There's some additional function needed, too. Tom42
Hello I was searching for a light theme on the iPad also and would really appreciate this feature. As long as books aren‘t printed in darkmode it‘s a pain in the a.. to work like this on the iPad. Hope you will add it in the next version. Thank you.
