Bartelmy
For some reason, the layers panel is now showing only one layer at a time. In Aff Photo, all the layers are available for view by dragging down the bottom edge of the layers panel but this facility is not present in Publisher on my computer (Windows 10, version 1809 - version 1903 is still broken...). I can reach the layers one at a time by using the scroll arrows but I would like to be able to view all layers at the same time, as in Photo. I think that this facility was available previously but I am open to correction. Am I overlooking something or does this need fixing? Thanks. walt.farrell
Works fine for me, Bart. All layers visible, and if I need more room I can drag the panel bottom edge to make it taller and give more room. Is it just that document, or does it happen with all documents? Does it still happen if you close and reopen Publisher? What options have you chosen in the Layers panel's hamburger menu for icon size and background? Can you give us a screenshot showing the Layers panel? Follhks
I have the same problem. My options in the layer panel is «Auto scroll» and «Small thumbnailes». The same goes for the «Text styles» panel. I use two screens, with the publisher in one screen and the layers I use most on the other screen. I solve this by dragging the layer panel to the publisher screen and wait until a blue square indicate that i can set it to the default position. There it expands as it should and when I move it to the «layer» screen, it keeps the expand state. This happens each time I open Publisher. And I am quite sure this has worked earlier. walt.farrell
Given that you use two monitors, @Follhks, perhaps it's an issue related to having different monitor scaling or DPI betwen the different monitors? That piece of information will be useful to Serif, I'm sure. Follhks
I have the same resolution 1920x1080 on both screens. On most of the panels I can resize them, but not Layers and Text styles. I can mention that I also have a third screen, my laptop, with same resolution.
