rivet
I had a fresh doc setup with two images and some on page crop marks. Tried to print app crashed. I began a testing and eliminating one object at a time turned out that .afphoto file with a assigned ICC profile was crashing it. Swapped out the file with a .tiff version and I was able to get to the print dialogue, but then within the dialogue, setting the color sync to that ICC profile, the printer error and rejected the file. Next exported doc as PDF, opened in preview set my color sync profile and only the crop lines printed. Tried exporting to .tiff, opened in afPhoto and finally doc printed. Attached is the ICC profile and a crash report. macos: 10.14.6 Af PUB: 1.7.2 AFPUB crash when doc or image has ICC profile assigned.zip
Staff Jon P Posted August 19, 2019 Staff Share Posted August 19, 2019 Hi, There is an issue in 1.7.2 where the program may crash when printing if the file contains an embedded document. For now if you want to print your file you can either: If you have the Affinity Store version of the product, downgrade to 1.7.1 here Export to PDF and print from there Rasterise the embedded documents before printing Apologies for the inconvenience. If you could upload your file here it would be appreciated Quote Serif Europe Ltd. - www.serif.com
