KipV Posted June 20, 2015 Share Posted June 20, 2015 Today I tried to open the Affinity Designer Beta but it said I couldn't get in due to the fact that I don't own the retail version of Affinity Designer. Staff MEB Posted June 21, 2015 Staff Share Posted June 21, 2015 Hi KipV, I don't know which beta version you're using, but recently there was a small upgrade to the Mac App Store version (1.2.1) that made previous versions of the beta unable to recognise the MAS version. If you are already using the latest Beta that may be a one-off glitch. In both cases i advise you to reinstall the latest Beta from here. You may want to try a to do a reset first if you are already using the latest Beta version pressing and holding ⌃(ctrl) while launching Designer, then selecting Clear from the dialog that will appear.
