benchiko1
I opened a document with Microsoft editor and it is very clear. When I open the same document with Affinity Photo or bring it into Affinity Publisher, the picture was very foggy. What's the problem. I've attached the file. I'm using the window version

benchiko1
I've attached a screen shot of the look of the image as well as the zoom (circled). I'm new to Affinity Photo and don't know if that is the zoom factor you're referring to. Thanks

carl123
Is it just this JPG you have the problem with or do all JPG files do the same? It may just be a corrupt file If you want it investigated further you can Zip the file and upload the Zip file to the forum When you just upload the JPG file to the forum it gets altered by the forum software so the problem may not be detectable in that JPG anymore Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum.
