I opened a document with Microsoft editor and it is very clear. When I open the same document with Affinity Photo or bring it into Affinity Publisher, the picture was very foggy. What's the problem. I've attached the file. I'm using the window version

You've said you've opened 'a document' with Microsoft Editor. I'm not a Windows user but just wondering what type of document it is that you're referring to opening here?

Is it just this JPG you have the problem with or do all JPG files do the same?

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Funny enough, it's only this.

It may just be a corrupt file

If you want it investigated further you can Zip the file and upload the Zip file to the forum

When you just upload the JPG file to the forum it gets altered by the forum software so the problem may not be detectable in that JPG anymore
