Now again the .464 versions fail (the application is removed but something stuck) and require a reboot. Then they install as a new installations and work fine. The StudioLink works as well.. It may be related - Windows did an automatic install of the 2019-08 maintenance for 1903 last night and got stuck on restart (and updated fine on a reboot). Do you have a 3rd party antivirus that could be blocking the app install? Could you redownload the installation file?
