Pages on Spreads: 6-on-2 possible?

Recommended Posts

Dear folks.

I wanted to create a folded flyer – a "6-on-2", meaning a folded flyer with 3 DIN A4 pages on each side.

Now as a beginner I am trying to get my head around spreads and pages... Can I create a spread with three pages attached to each other? And if so – how?

And: can I use differently sized pages? I am asking as the to-be-folded-inside page has to be 1-2mm shorter in width.

I know: no comparisons to ID, but in ID the shuffling of pages was easy... So how does it work here?

Dear regards and thanks in advance – Holger

Hi basicsanddetails,

We can't arrange 3 pages into that order.  We can do a max of 2 a page spread at the moment but i suspect this will be improved on over time.

One way you could do this, create 1 long page and split this up using the guides and then design as needed.  If you wanted a backside to the flyer, then just add another page and do the same.  You should then be able to export out as a PDF and have the 2 pages printed on 1 page and fold as needed :)
