Malcayglos
Apple have stated that is not possible to load Raw files onto an iPad direct from a Camera. Why therefore does Affinity purport to be able to develop raw files on an iPad.
Staff Callum Posted August 12, 2019 Staff Share Posted August 12, 2019 Hi Malcayglos, Raw files can still be used on iPad they just need to be transferred using a cloud service. Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
Malcayglos
To use ICloud you need a computer. If you have a computer you don't need to load your raw files onto an iPad. The whole point of having Affinity on an IPAD is to enable you to process your newly taken raw files on the go when you are away from your computer. Clearly at the moment this is not possible. It has an SD card reader than allows me transferraw images from camera card to HDD. The APhoto accesses the Wireless Pro. Clearly it IS possible.
