Equivalent for Photoshop Solid Color Fill percentage?

As a noob user I try to do something in Affinity Photo as is shown in the following movie https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMJN7rMcVHM

However I did not find a solution.
Is there a way to do the equivalent in Affinity Photo and if so can someone help to point out how this effect can be achieved?

You can use Layer > New Fill Layer and apply a colour, however Affinity Photo doesn't have a fill slider to adjust like PS. You can use the Blend Options (cog icon on Layers panel) with the Fill Layer selected to achieve similar results.
