Affinity Publisher Picture Frame Tool

Recommended Posts

Hello, in the beta version for Publisher when we paste an picutre in the picture frame (Paste as Content) there is a small icon when we click on it, it's automatically fit the picture in the picture frame but I can't see this icon in the final version this was a very useful feature why you removed the in final version.

I don't recall seeing that during the public beta. But the option to fit the image in several ways is still available via the Properties button in the Context Toolbar when the picture frame is selected:

There is also a button next to the Properties button that looks very much like the icon from the screenshot. They appear with several different tools when a picture frame is selected.

The suggestion in the original post was that the older button allowed "fitting the picture to the frame". I think that's what you get with the Properties button.

The button you mention fits the frame to the image, which seems like the reverse of the function that upendra169 wants.

I mentioned that button only because I am not sure what function the OP wants.
