Free fonts and templates Affinity designer PC problem

I just downloaded your 40 free fonts excited at looking at you designs when every template was saying the font was missing. I've tried installing the fonts 2 ways.

1. I opened up the font folder on c:\ drive and copied and pasted it there that didn't work when I opened up Aff designer and Aff Photo.

2. I right clicked on each font and installed as administrator individually that didn't work

It does however, shows up in my font list and can use them in word

 

could someone troubleshoot please. I'm using icore 7 windows 10 16 gig ram

It sounds as though you may need to rebuild your Windows 10 font cache, to do this please follow the instructions at the following link -
