000
Here's a quick step-by-step on how to reproduce the problem: 1) Create new file, type three paragraphs of text 2) Create new paragraph style with a "Fill" decoration, set some parameters (e.g. 1mm indent in all directions, 20% black fill), apply to all three paragraphs 3) Select ONE of the paragraphs and make some manual changes to the decoration using the paragraph settings (e.g. background fill colour) 4) When you now change the decoration properties for the STYLE (e.g. increase indent to 2mm), the changes work for the unedited paragraphs, but are not applied to the manually adjusted paragraph (even though the manual adjustments are different from what you try changing in the style). paragraph_styles.afpub
Old Bruce
This is to be expected. The changes to the Paragraph Style will not replace the locally applied overrides until you reset them. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
000
Hi Old Brice, I wouldn't expect the OVERRIDES to update, but all other properties (override in my case: colour | adjustment that I expect to update everywhere: background indent measurement/size).
