Do/have you ever use a second screen, it may be opening there

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Actually I have 3 screens, the icon appears on the task bar, but it won't open.  I reduce all of my open programs and it just isn't there.  I have used the help screens a lot in the past.  I just have to believe I have a problem in the program.  I have problems occasionally with the clone tool and inpainting tool.  I do not know why they would be related to the help screen not opening, but it seems odd.

I don't know the correct term for this but...

Hold the ALT key down and press and release the Tab key

You should get a dialogue box come up with thumbnails of all running applications.

Is the Affinity Help thumbnail showing there?

Not sure if you have tried these as yet but all I can think of for today

1. Use Task Manager to close the Help
2. Reboot your PC
3. Check Event Logs for any clues after running Help
