Hello. Sorry if this has been asked and asnwered but I couldn't find the answer.

I would like to create a perfectly straight line horzontally or vertically without finding the button to constrain (which is on the last set of pen options at the bottom of the screen). I'm guessing there's an easier way that

  1. Select pen tool
  2. Add the first node
  3. Tap right twice on options panel
  4. Tap and hold constrain option
  5. Add the second node

Is there a way to have modifier keys on the screen all the time rather than the last pane of the tool options?

Thanks.

With the Pen Tool in ‘Line’ mode, start dragging out a line on the canvas and then hold down two fingers on the screen to constrain the angle to a multiple of 45°.
