trial will not work

downloaded affinity photo trial and installed it in WIn 10 on my desktop pc.   went to launch it and it said 10 days left but cant get past that screen. the only thing to click on is more info and that takes me to to the web page.

 

how do you get into the actual program?

when i click on the sliver of white bar under eath it asks for product key and email

It looks as though the text is so large that it’s crowding out whatever is supposed to appear below it in the dialog. What are your scale and layout options under ‘Settings > System > Display’?

scale is 100% and resolution is at 1920 x1080 (recommenedd)

Can you actually click on the small part of the second button(?) that is showing in white under the blue button?

in the affinity photo directory is there a file i can click on to get directly into the program so i can bypass that screen 

in photoshop elements you can bypass the welcome screen ( but i had no problem getting into the program from there)

I am not a Windows user so I have no idea if this would work, but have you tried just clicking on the X to close the window?
