tpm067 Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 I updated to version 1.7.1.404 on my Windows 10 laptop. Install completed successfully, but it will not open. I click the application and nothing happens. Not sure how to troubleshoot this. I repaired the install, which worked correctly, but no fix to this error. I'm stumped, and a bit frustrated, help please. Quote
Alfred Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 If you hold down the Ctrl key while launching the app, the ‘Clear User Data’ dialog will appear with the first three checkboxes checked. Press ‘Clear’ to confirm that you want to clear those three items. If the app still doesn’t launch correctly, press ‘Select All’ before pressing ‘Clear’. Please note that this will wipe out things like macros and custom brushes.
