When working with artworks the camvas are cropping

Hi! Started using diferentes working with more that one artwork but I have this problem, when I tried to zoom in, the canvas start to disappear to the top o left sidet. Is this normal? I already erased the app and download again but it continue to happen.

This problem only happen when i am working with artworks. I have already tried creating another file but continue to happen, and i have erased the app and download again but continue to happen. Here is a video of the problem:
