Affinity Photo taking a long time to save

Hi,

I'm new to this forum and joined mainly to try to get an answer to this issue. I'm also relatively new to Affinity Photo. I'm just learning ho two use it. I'm working on creating a jigsaw view of a photo and for some reason its taking 20 to 30 mins to save. The size of the file is 700Mb.

Any support welcome

Does this issue occur with all files or just this one? If it does just happen with this file please could you attach it to this thread?

Hi, I'm suffering from this too. A circa 60MB > 70MB file that's taking 30-40 minutes to save.

was there ever a solution to this? my pc is pretty capable and whilst it doesn take this long, it sometimes takes a minute to save things where as in other programs like davinci resolve i can save entire video projects in like 2 seconds
