Affinity Photo 1.7 Update not possible?

Hi from Germany, 

unfortunately I can't install the newest Update for Affinity Photo (affinity-photo-1.7.1.404.exe). 
The following screenshot shows which text appears:

The setup can not proceed for the following reasons:
*Windows 7 Service Pack 1or higher not found.

I use Windows 10 Pro / 64 bit

Please could you make sure you have the latest Windows updates installed then try installing the Affinity update.
