Hi there I am wondering why affinity programs are not letting me upload pdf or any file to save other than just the once! Then I have to end task on task manager as it crashes! This happens to all 3 programs of affinity. I have the 404 version which is the updated, I even uninstalled then installed also removed old traces of older programs but to the same problems! What can I do as I need to design for my business and losing valuable time and custom. Just need to know what I can do and what advice in detail please of what to do about this, I have windows 10 and very good graphics card, the older versions worked well but could not reinstall them as out of date. Can anyone help plsssss. The other versions worked well until today!

Navigate to one of the below locations from the Run Dialog. In this folder you will find Crash Reports generated by our apps. Please send us the .dmp file with the latest Created/Modified Date.

Affinity Designer:
%APPDATA%\Affinity\Designer\1.0\CrashReports

Affinity Photo
%APPDATA%\Affinity\Photo\1.0\CrashReports

Affinity Publisher
%APPDATA%\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\CrashReports

Also, when exporting are you able to specify the location, if so have you tried changing this to your desktop?
