zarks Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 Hi, I got a refund a while ago for Affiinity photo (windows), but today I bought the product again and got a new product key. However, after re-installing the product again it's picked up the old account/product key. No warnings, no arguments. I only noticed when I went to preferences/Misc tab and saw my old email address there. How can I re-active the software with my new product key/email account? Quote
Staff Callum Posted July 31, 2019 Staff Posted July 31, 2019 Hi Zarks, Welcome to the forums Please could you go to C:\ProgramData\Affinity\Photo\1.0 and delete the licence.XML file found there.
