Hi,

I got a refund a while ago for Affiinity photo (windows), but today I bought the product again and got a new product key. However, after re-installing the product again it's picked up the old account/product key. No warnings, no arguments. I only noticed when I went to preferences/Misc tab and saw my old email address there.

How can I re-active the software with my new product key/email account?

Hi Zarks,

Welcome to the forums :)

Please could you go to C:\ProgramData\Affinity\Photo\1.0 and delete the licence.XML file found there. After doing this you will be prompted for your new key next time you launch the app.
