Altan Posted July 30, 2019 Share Posted July 30, 2019 Hello, I have a latest generation iPad Pro with 512 GB and I have lots of available space, I was using perfectly the old version, so I chose this apps as my only single apps to make drawings and photo edits, However, I downloaded the new version of both Designer and Affinity Photo, and afterwards it started to crash while trying to place RAW image into a project file, It was working perfectly before update, I wrote this to support in AppStore, also to the mail address, They requested a lot of videos, etc to understand the case, I did everything but they always offered some simple suggestions like restarting my ipad instead of solving my problem, This is a bug and I cannot use my both apps efficiently, please help me, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
