GreenGran Posted July 27, 2019 Share Posted July 27, 2019 good morning I am using windows 7. as soon as I load affinity photo it crashes not error screen no nothing, I have tried reinstalling, restarting my PC, deleting fonts, and pressing Ctrl and cleared all data. thank you for any help you provide. GreenGran Posted August 10, 2019 Author Share Posted August 10, 2019 I am sorry it took me a long time to respond but I kinda quit looking for an answer since I can't seem to find it anywhere on the web. but yes I just checked and it says I have the service pack 1 for Windows 7 ultimate and the platform is up to date( the link you added).
