cmer Posted July 26, 2019 Posted July 26, 2019 When I select multiple curves, I am unable to change the color for all of them simultanously. What could cause this and how do I fix it? See screenshot. Thanks! Quote

oliiix Posted June 20, 2022 Posted June 20, 2022 it's old, but still, as psendas answer is useless, you have to select all the curves and then press "p" to go into curve-edit mode. Then you can set the colors for all curves, back or foreground if there's rectangles or similar in your selection, either convert them to curves or press "u" instead of "p" to go into rectangle-ellipse-etc-edit mode. Ron P. Posted June 20, 2022 Posted June 20, 2022 I did not know there were various modes, such as Curve Edit, and rectangle-ellipse-ect Edit modes. Pressing P (unless changed by the user) selects the Pen tool. Pressing U does nothing. I'm not sure what that shortcut is too. But that does not at all explain why your Move Tool hint would not work / why the Pen Tool would be required. It even works in Zoom, View, Transparent and Artboard Tool, which I didn't even expect :-) Of course I didn't try other applications - why too, the question concerns AD. firstdefence Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 The way he types and the username makes me think his native tongue is not English, so, words can get a little mixed or not appropriately applied, maybe he didn't mean useless as that word does come across a little harsh and I doubt that's what he meant. One needn't have selected all the curve layers, an easier/quicker solution would have been to simply select the group layer and adjust the colours of all the curves in the group, this would also affect groups with groups. There is a hierarchy and depending upon which group you select determines which group is affected.
